One of the regional committee’s responsibilities is to manage the « Apprentissage pour Adultes Restigouche Adult Learning Inc »  classes.  In most cases, the committee must pay rent. Each year, this volunteer committee have to collect funds. The funding received through the Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour does not cover any rental fees for the classes.

An inviting and comfortable class contributes directly to the learning in the literacy classes. This is why the funding for the rental of classes is a major concern for the committee. Without the assistance of the communities of Restigouche, the «Apprentissage pour Adultes Restigouche Adult Learning Inc » committee members would not be able to offer a quality service which include suitable classes.
